Alexandre Fauché

After starting his career in the IT sector, Alexandre Fauché dedicated over twenty years to Prunier SAS, a prestigious name in the world of French caviar.

From 2008 to 2017, he managed the Prunier café and boutique on Place de la Madeleine in Paris, playing a key role in enhancing the brand’s visibility and reputation at this iconic location.

At the same time, he served as Sales Director for France in the B2B sector, developing in-depth expertise in both the production and commercialization of caviar. Today, Alexandre is recognized as a true expert and a leading ambassador of Prunier’s French caviar, sharing his passion and knowledge with professionals and connoisseurs alike.
